He has experience with gross leases, adjusted gross leases and triple net leases. With this stability and profitability he has been able to develop key relationships with banks concerning credit lines. Financial access is vital to E.I.E. having the ability to make solid offers on income property.
Judy Friedman has a degree in accounting and an M.B.A., which makes her a great asset in creating and evaluating financial statements. She produces income and cash flow statements on each property. She is a major force in giving the banks confidence concerning credit lines. Judy is a great contributor as well as a wonderful mother of their two boys Brandon and Jordan.
